Custom field from customer for email Merge on Case

Anyone know how i can pull data from a custom field on the customer record and merge it into an email sent from the Case?

Here is my scenario:

My Customers are assigned DNS servers based on their Location. (RI gets one value, CA gets a different value, etc.) 

Created a Other Custom Field on the Location
ID = custrecord_dns_server_1
Type= Free-Form Text
Store Value = yes

Created a Custom Entity Field that applies to Customer and sources from the Location
ID = custentity_dns_server_1
Type = Free-Form Text
Store Value = NO
Source List = Location
Source From = DNS Server 1

This displays the correct value on the Customer!
