Estimate Customization

I need to be able to provide estimate/quotes that list one price for a "range" of quantities.  For example, a quantity of 1 - 200 widgets would cost $10.00 each; quantity of 201 - 500 would cost $9.87.
I can not find a way to do this in the Estimates form customization.
