Removing 'Total amount' from printed quote or estimate

I've created a custom quote / estimate. I've called this comparison quote.

I want this form to list products and Qty of products but not display the added total in the body of the estimate. I only want to apply this to the PDF printout of this form.

I've put a red box around the data I don't want displayed in the image below.



Any suggestions on how I can do this would be appreciated.
