Custom Report to Customers
We want to create a warranty form to send to our customers when their account is Paid in Full. The form would include the total amount invoiced and paid (as one figure) and other particulars drawn from info in NS.
How do you go about creating such a form (or report) in NS. It's not a data entry form or a transaction form.
Also we would like for this form to auto-generate when a customer's account is paid in full.
[For a little background.We are a service provider business (we do complete residential roof installations). We do not sell materials or products. We invoice customers for the total job with one invoice, we do not invoice for materials or products.]
