Custom Entity Fields Within Invoices

Hi,

We are attempting to include a custom entity field in the header of our printed invoices, but cannot find a way of doing it.  There is a checkbox when creating the entity field to include it within a statement, which is great.  Can the same be done for a invoice?

Also, is there a way for me to reorder where the field appears on the statement/invoice?  I can't seem to see the field when customising the print fields of the statement.
