Custom Online Case Fields?
Hello,
I was wondering, as I have searched and not found yet, how to create a custom field for an Online Case Form? This may not be the appropriate location to post, but this was the best location I found to do so. In the attached picture you will see a field name of "First Name". When I edit the Online Case Form, I do get a list that lets me of course add plenty of fields to the form, but I cannot find the option to create a new "field" and have a new field be an option to select
