Creating Child Parent Record - restricted view
Hi,
I had created a custom list on the Customer form that helps our team manage which "sub-campaign" the leads came from. Now the list is getting really long and each sales rep don't use the same "sub-campaign"
My question is, should I create a custom list as a child record and the campaign as the parent record? Would this allow the list to be restricted to only certain campaigns?
I haven't worked with custom record much and any help would be appreciated.
