Quote Forms using PDF span more than 1 page - how to format?

Hello,

I have a quote form that uses a custom PDF layout template. In our pdf template I have added a custom footer that contains our Terms & Conditions. The problem I have is that if the quote spans more than 1 page (which is very likely) the Terms & conditions appear on every page and so the format of the quote does not look that good. How do I make a custom field (or any field) appear on the last page only? Is this possible?
