Problem with uploading duplicated HTML files

Anyone,


Does anyone have problems with uploading HTML files that contain non-English characters?


I am having a problem to upload a duplicated copy of the existing HTML file that contains some Japanese characters. The existing HTML is working fine in Netsuite, I made a copy of the existing html file, rename it, and then I uploaded but it failed.

I tried so many ways to encode, but it does not work at all.
The existing html works in NetSuite but the dulicated copy can not be uploaded !

How is it possible?
