Work order BOM Form Question

There are two sections on the Print BOM Pdf form - the first shows the total materials required to create the build, the second section shows the quantities required to create a single part.  I want to add columns to the second section  - specificall to add the part description.  Does anybody know how to do that?  I can and have modified the columns but do not see any oprtions to modify the second section.  Any ideas?
