Locating inactive list item

I am looking for an inactive list item from my custom lists. I have no idea which list it used to belong to and I need to find it. Is there a way to search or find that list item without clicking through all my custom lists? I have over 40 custom list and it is quite a tedious task to find that item without knowing the name of the custom list. Help..
