Custom time field

This may be obvious but I'm trying to put a custom time field on a project and I;m not sure what field type to select using the SuiteBuilder. I don't know if I should use time of day because the time is in hours and can go up to 50 or more. I believe time of day only goes up to 24 if I'm not mistaken. The end goal is to take this time on the project and run calculations against it based on time entries.
