How to let customers (distributors) to add files to my enterprise for sales orders?

Hello:

We are renewing our web site using Advances Site Builder from Netsuite.

One of the things we have in our current web site, is that we let distributors to upload their orders. Since those orders have 100-150 records, currently they upload a excel file (using a template provided by us).

They fullfill the excel with their orders, then uploaded to our web site. Then the file is charged into our current ERP. If some records couldn´t be uploaded, then the system sends a message.

Can we do the same with NEtsuite? How?
