Create a list field on contacts on a customer record...

This seems excessively simple, however, after an hour I can't seem to get this...

We are trying to make a custom field (list type- sourced by contacts) that will appear on the customer/lead/prospect that is filtered to only contacts that are linked to the customer...

Field of type: customer entity field
Field type: List/Record
List/Record: Contact

Source List: I would assume 'entity' or 'customer' or 'company' to appear here, but they don't...

Source Filter By: ???

What am I doing wrong?
