Sourcing Contact Info to Customer
I'm having trouble sourcing in contact information to the customer record so that it's available for a mail merge. I want to bring over the primary contact address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, phone, email for display on the customer record.
I can't seem to source in fields from the primary contact, however. Is this just a fact of life, or am I missing something?
It would also be acceptable to have a contact field on the opportunity record that filters to the selection in the company field. Then, I could select the correct contact and source in my contact's address information on the opportunity record. However, I can't seem to do this either.
