Custom Subtabs

Anyone else having this problem...

After the upgrade, I check my custom forms and all of my custom fields have been moved from their custom subtabs to one new subtab named "custom".  The upgrade documentation and webinar specifically said this would not happen.  When I attempt to edit the forms (which have not been deployed yet for this reason), none of my custom subtabs appear in the drop down to move field between subtabs.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
