Sourcing a SuiteLet Field for Select Type 'Entity' ...
We are stumped by this one. We need to be able to source a company field in a suitelet using the Suitelet's addField() function without specifying the specific company type. We know we can make it work if we say "customer", or "vendor". But we need to be more general. We need to mimic the behavior that is native on the Phone Call Related Company / Participant fields. See image. The issue is that there is no "entity", or "company" internalID that we can see.
We think we might be able to source from a saved search but we are coming up empty.
