Transaction form PDF layout - Help!!!!

I'm hoping some of the gurus in here can provide some assistance.

I have created a custom pdf transaction layout to use for my customer invoices and the last two invoices created span two pages incorrectly when using a particular item.

I think it's something to do with the item description which I have tried correcting but no joy. I've made numerous changes to the transaction layout and the customized form, I could go on.:(

There just seems to be a whole lot of space somewhere and I can't work out how to delete/decrease it.

I must be losing my mind.
