parent/child relationship: how to disable new/attach buttons in children sublist?

edited Dec 3, 2019 11:50AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

Good morning,
I've created two custom records with a parent/child relationship.

Is there any way to disable the "New [customrecord_child]" and "Attach" buttons in the parent's form children sublist?
Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about: http://test.360solutions.it/download/ns/parent-child-buttons.JPG

I need to disable them because the children records must be created only by a workflow I defined, and not by the NetSuite UI.

For the "New [customrecord_child]" button it's not a big problem, I can set some mandatory field disabled on the child record form.

But on the "Attach" button I found no way to prevent unwanted operations.

Howdy, Stranger!
