Adding Disclaimer to a PDF layout not HTML layout

We are not using any of the HTML layouts for transaction forms. It seems that disclaimer added to Company > Preferences > Set up printing, faxing & email only shows up if we are using the HTML form.

Any workaround?

Currently, using a Customer Message, which means that we have to select it everytime ourselves. Just want the disclaimer to appear automatically at the bottom of invoices when printing PDF as we email the pdf transactions to customers.
