List of Group memberships in Contacts form

Hi,

I am trying to have a list of the Groups (both dynamic and static) of which a contact is a member show in the Contact form - the format for this is not hugely important (could be a saved search in a subtab or a list box on the main form).

I would be very grateful if anyone could give me any pointers as to how I would go about doing this or whether it is actually possible.
