Removing Standard Buttons From Tabs

Hi,

   Does anyone know of a way to remove 'standard' NS buttons from tab/sub-tabs?

   Specifically (all on a customised Customer form):-
     1.  I need to remove the "New Meeting" button from the Activities sub-tab (but leave the "Log Meeting" button unchanged). 
     2. I need to remove the "Update Primary" button from the Contacts sub-tab.
     3. I need to remove the "New Sublead" button from the subcustomers sub-tab (but leave the "New SubProspect" & "New SubCustomers" buttons).

     Had assumed I'd be able to script to hide the buttons but don't seem able to find the relevant Button Id's listed.
