"Preview Html" for Rich text fields

Hi,

I added a Rich text custom field in items record.

for detailed description and other same rich text fields (which is not a custom field). "Preview Html" displayed in view mode. But it doesn't display for custom rich text fileds...

What is the difference and is there anything I should do to make the custom field exactly as NS fields?
