Online Case Form

Hi, everybody

Help me to find the decision of my problem:

In Online Case Form there are some mandatory fields: FirstName and LastName, but in Contact reference i can not see these fields (only field Name with 3 parts), how can i get the internal ID-s of the fields FirstName and LastName ?

I do not want to fill these two fields on the form, but i want to fill the field Contact by default (because i am log in under Client and fields Company Name and E-mail set by default values, of couse i want to set by default the field Contact). How can i do that ?
