Custom Field today plus 2 days

I want to track for the 2 business day clear time when we deposit a check for a customer.

I have created a custom field called:  Available Funds Date with Format of Date


Any ideas for how to setup the formula so that..

Check submitted today = Monday May 9
Check will clear on Wednesday, May 11
The field would populate with 05/11/2011.

Excel Version
A1 is 05/09/2011
A2 is 2
A3 is =A1+A2 returns 05/11/2011
