Customize the FILES sublist
on a support case, The Communications Tab, Subtab Files is a sublist of the attached files. It is much more useful to us to see the 'Created' date than the 'Last Modified' date for each file.
I can create a document saved search, but cannot set it as a sublist.
If I create a supportcase saved search, to display the file information, there is an edit column at the beginning that edits the supportcase, not the file.
ideas?
