Defaulting custom field on customer form
Greetings,
We have a custom record type, Service Subscription (customrecord2) that has its parent set to Customer.
Service Subscription records contains a custom record field, Service (custrecord4).
A customer may have one or more service subscriptions assigned to them at any given time.
I want to show the active status (T or F) of the service subscription (customrecord2) on a customer when the value of the service (custrecord4) is 13. I have created a custom field that shows on the customer form, but have been unable to determine the proper formula to use as the default value.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
