Sourcing an existing field to print on form

Hi,

We would like the field "employee" to print on our Purchase orders. The field exists on the PO transaction form however it does not appear in the printing fields tab when customizing the form.

Any ideas how to get this field to print on the purchase orders? I am trying to add a custom field to the Printing Fields tab to source this field but so far, I haven't had any success.
