Customize Quick Add New Customer

On the Dashboard you can have a "Quick Add: New Customer" is there anyway to add a field to it? I want to add Customer Category (netsuite id: category) to it and I can't find anything on the back end to do this. Does anyone know how to do this is it even possible?
