Adding a field to Marketing Campaign records

Hello,
I'm looking to add a couple new fields to marketing campaigns and when I'm in Entity Fields, there isn't an option for Marketing Campaigns.

Is it not possible to add custom fields to Marketing Campaigns? Or is it under Custom Fields?
