Image URL Field

I am using a web services connector that syncs the "image" field in a netsuite item record, out to an auction site that expects the value to be an image URL.

However, the value that is stored in the netsuite image field is a filename only. EX: "Filename.jpg"

Is there a way to make an item field that stores the absolute URL for each image on the item record?

Or is there a better way to do this?
