Custom Form based on Location

Guys,
I'm wanting to display a Custom Sales Order form based on the Location field when the Sales Order is opened. (we want to test and advanced print template at one particular location)

Anyone point me in the right direction, I'm told it's entirely possible but the guy I need to speak to here is tied up in a meeting
