Printed Picking Ticket Checkbox

I am trying to create a very simple checkbox to tell me if the BOM (Picking Ticket) has been printed on the Work Order record. In the system notes there is a value "Printed Picking Ticket" that changes from "F" to "T" once printed. How can i access this??
