Unable to display the value of a custom transaction body field on a packing slip
Hi,
I have created couple of custom fields - one of them populates the value using a saved search (the saved search takes a sum of the line items of one of the columns on an Item Fulfillment record)
- the second populates the value using a custom formula.
Both of these fields work fine and display the value on the Item Fulfillment record.
But on the Packing Slip form they are blank.
I confirmed that they are selected on the Packing Slip form under the Body fields. Also, on the custom body fields, I selected the check mark of "Print on Packing Slip"
