Rich Text Field size

We have a custom Rich Text field on our Inventory form.  In the cusomisation section, the field is set to size: 400x250, which works perfectly when the record is View.

As soon as we Edit the record, the form changes it to the default square size.  How can we keep the custom size when in Edit mode?
