create a Button, On-click I need to execute my script and display data.

I'm trying to add a button which will show the customer data, which has to run a script to get Filters for customer data.
* On-click of Button triggers Script.
* Script will get the filters through api call (outside Netsuite).
* Script returning filters(condition/attributes like name or phone or email) which should apply on netsuite and display on page
* In Netsuite how this can be achieved please help me.(which page/form, how to execute script)
