Background: We are a sales, production, and service company primarily focusing on Industrial Manufacturing Facilities. We can sell off the shelf solutions from our vendors or we can design, engineer, and produce custom solutions with or without installation and general contracting services. Thus making everything we do a challenge...I have never heard our sales team say NO! After recently implementing NetSuite into our workplace I have moved into a "Phase 2" approach and have been targeting each stage of our Sales Life Cycle starting with Opportunity first.
