When you share information with different people, NetSuite knows security and control are very important to your business. Sometimes, you may want to share the results of a search, but not share access to the records or transactions that appear in the results list. This is an easy process in NetSuite. Simply go to your saved search record and remove the fields you don’t want people to let people drill down on.For example, Jerry Johnson removes permission to drill down on employees’ names in the employee phone list he creates using saved search. u
