Leads Not Contacted?

Does anyone know how to create a saved search that will include the following:
1) All Leads
2) Have yet to be contacted (Phone Call, Event, Task, or Message).


We need to be able to tell out of the 5,000 unqualified leads how many of them have been contacted by our Lead Qualifier.

We are open to any ideas...
