Return a list of custoemrs with the first address line

Hi all,

Is it possible to return a list of customers with just their first address line?

Cannot find a way to do this at the moment besides using the billing or shipping address.

The reason is because if I use the column 'Address' this return all addresses causing the customer record to be repeated.
