Customer Search possibilities?
I'm having trouble setting up my drip marketing. I'm starting by saving a search, then converting that search into a target group, and then setting up a campaign. I'm still stuck on the search though! There is probably a easy solution, but I'm stumped.
Basically, the search I want to do is simple: ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED "PRODUCT A" "LAST MONTH" AT THE "RETAIL" PRICE. I specifically search based on three filters: 1) Price Level: Retail, 2) Purchase Date: Last Month, 3) Item Purchased: Product A.
Unfortunately, this search turns up all kinds of customers that do not fit what I'm looking for. Like "purchased product A last year at wholesale, purchased product B three months ago at retail, and purchased product C last month." I need people that fit all three of my filters in ONE transaction, not spread out!
