Related Customer Info. in Event lists.
Another instance where I need to turn to your friendly users as NS documentation seems inadequate as usual and the UI un-intuitive!
I am trying to schedule our service tech for service calls. I understand that NS might not be optimized for this. But here's what I have done so far; Created a custom Event form with a custom field of Scheduled Technician in it. I create an event with a particular technician selected from the pull down menu. I also associate an (existing) customer with this event under the Related Info. tab of Event. Now I want to go to the Event list view and have the customer's name, phone etc show up in the event list view. I have configured
