Filter out contacts with same phone, fax, etc.

I need to create a saved search that pulls up all contacts with a valid US phone number - so it will look for a ten digit phone number. When I try to use a LENGTH formula I get an error.

Then, if there are multiple contacts with the same phone number it should only leave one in the results - 2nd, 3rd, etc. with same number are removed.

Having trouble figuring out how to create this search. I appreciate any help you can offer.
