How to create Customer Dynamic Group based on related child records?
Greetings!
Any help with the following would be greatly appreciated...
We have two custom records in our NS account called Installation and Node.
A Customer record is the parent for Installation and that is a parent of Node. Essentially, a 1:N between Customer and Installation and a 1:N between Installation and Node.
Is it possible to create a Customer Dynamic Group containing all Customer records that are (indirectly) associated with one or more Nodes that meet certain criteria (i.e. Customer.Installation.Node.version = "1")?
We need such groups to generate mail merges to subsets of our customer base depending on which "node" versions they have.
