duplicate results, don't want to GROUP if I can avoid it...

I'm wondering if a search guru can explain why I may be getting duplicate results on the following search.

Here are the parameters:
Criteria:
[LIST]
[*]Type: Item Receipt
[*]Expression: (Customer:SalesRep = 'abc' OR Customer:Partner = 'xyz')
[*]Serial/Lot Number: is not empty[/LIST]Results:
[LIST]
[*]Date
[*]Period
[*]Type
[*]Number
[*]Name
[*]Serial/Lot Numbers[/LIST]I'm trying to build a search that will list all the serial numbers that have been returned for a specific partner or rep.

The results are showing the correct records but each one is listed twice and I'm not sure why.

Any help greatly appreciated.
