Alerts only show 1st item

I have a saved search created for item receipts.  It is set to send e-mails when the receipt is created.  The search works fine, showing all items from the PO that was received.  The e-mail alert, however, only shows the first item on the PO.  This makes it look like only one item was received.  Is there a way to fix this?
