Don't send email if search has no results?

Is there a way to schedule an email for a saved search ONLY if the search returns results?

For example we have several saved searches that show the duplicate contacts / prospects in the system.  We are getting emails every day that say "No Search Results Match Your Criteria."  We would like the emails to be sent only if the search returns results and duplicates exist within the system.
