I want to Link Project and Time tables

I need to report the hours logged by each employee against Projects closed this month.

Project closure is denoted by having a date in the Act End Date field of the Project.
Time is tracked against the Project Tasks.

I have a search that starts with Project and links to Task (assigned to).  It works but the flaw is that often more than one person works on a Task.

So I really want to bring in Time via the Task.

The table joins do not seem to exist.  Are they planned for 2008.2?  Are they there and I just cannot find them?
