Exclude tax on a transaction search
I am using a saved search on transactions (using mainline=true) as a KPI for sale reps to show their total sales for a period of time.
The problem I have is that it includes taxes which skews their real sales number.
Does anyone know how I can exclude taxes from this result.
If I use a sales report it shows the transactions without taxes but as far as I know I cannot use the report function to create a KPI.
Any guidance you can give would be appreciated.
