Custom KPIs for entity type data - can I measure history/trends?
Hi,
I would like to measure the number of active "contacts" per person managing the contacts. Purpose of this is to make sure we have adequate resourcing.
- I have a custom field that defines whether a contact is active.
- So I can create a custom KPI that lists on the dashboard the current number of active contacts.
BUT
I can't seem to find a way of identifying the active contact history.
For "Flow" type data, like tasks, which have completion dates, it seems easy to add the relevant date to the filter area of the custom search, and then the trend graph will show the history for the custom KPI.
